Privacy Policy

At fancon.co.id we keep data collection minimal and ask before we use it. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. fancon.co.id is operated by PT Fancon Kultura Kreasi ("we", "us"), Jakarta, Indonesia.

What we collect. (a) Newsletter: your email address, locale, and a record of your consent, only when you tick the consent box and confirm the link we email you. (b) Enquiries: when you submit a tenant, sponsor, press, talent or contact form, your name, email, and any phone, organisation or message you provide. We do not sell data or run advertising trackers.

Why we use it. To send the updates you asked for, to respond to your enquiry, and to operate and improve the site. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Ticketing. Tickets are sold by our ticketing partner, not on this site. When you follow a ticket link you leave this site, and the partner's privacy policy applies to your purchase.

Who we share it with. Newsletter sign-ups and enquiries are kept in the Kultura customer platform, run for us by PT Kios Gemar Kreasi (Kultura). Service providers that run the site and that platform on our behalf: Vercel (hosting and privacy-friendly analytics), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery) and, where enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection). They process data only on our instructions.

Retention. We keep newsletter data until you unsubscribe, and enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and our records.

Your rights. Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 of 2022) you may request access, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent. Unsubscribe from any email, or email us and we will action your request.
